The idea for our name starts with every human’s basic need to be clothed. The wool represents a resource and the thimble represents a tool, and together they make possible the creation of clothing. Figuratively, however, the wool and the thimble represent many other basic things in a child’s life. Can you think of other terms that replace the wool and the thimble?”
