CHILD CARE STAFF AT WOOL AND THIMBLE

Centre owners, Marcus and Stephanie, being parents to two young children, themselves, understand the joys and challenges that face parents. Both working parents, they believe that supporting families is just as important as supporting the children of those families, to ensure that beliefs and values are consistent throughout a child’s life.
DEDICATED MANAGEMENT TEAM AND STAFF
We train and instil in all our staff, Wool and Thimble’s values and philosophies. We work hard to ensure all the staff perform congruently with those values and philosophies. The happiness, health and well – being of our staff is of utmost importance to us. To achieve a loving culture within our team we provide mentorship, in – house and external professional dev elopment, rostered days off, higher – than – required ratios, and a management team who provides guidance, and oversight to all aspects of our centre.
We believe that great culture requires fun times outside
of work hours. Our staff get together and let their hair down
during events, dotted throughout the social club calendar.
